Expert Speaking and Corporate Consulting on Image and Communication
“For the fourth year in a row, thank you for bringing your energy and insight to our class! You put a lot into a short time, and we really appreciate the energy you put into the session. Much of the feedback from the day singled you out as the highlight! Next year, it’s clear, more time is necessary.” – Mary Knowles
Employees who dress to convey a polished first impression show that they are smart, responsive and trustworthy, but sometimes the company’s most important individuals don’t look the part and they can’t take on leadership roles.
Sometimes there is a valuable group or team within the company that brings unique or very current talents to the table but their look keeps them from communicating or integrating with others and their skills are lost.
These are challenging topics to handle in an expert yet non-threatening manner. Change is possible though for your employees, when you get them expert and non-threatening advice and provide education that increases their confidence, their presence and their communication skills.
My executive consultations as well as my group presentations are based on my own experience working in corporations and on certified training. They are skills-based, detailed, compelling and encouraging. They get to the heart of the individual so that the change you see is not only executive but authentic.
Private clients report success in making partner level, connecting with board members and investors and adopting new dress habits that support their long-term career goals.
Feedback from group sponsors is excellent and they say attendees are still discussing the material, the information was focused and they loved the energy and attention they received.
